Do you buy vehicles that have outstanding loans or leases?
Absolutely! We will process your offer both with you, and the lienholder of your vehicle. Once we agree to a price, we will pay off your vehicle's loan, and we will request the Title from your lienholder.
In the event you owe less on your vehicle than what we offer, we will send the pay-off amount to your lienholder and write you a check for the difference once we receive title from lienholder.
In the event, you owe more on your vehicle than what we offer, you will need to provide us with payment for the difference (Sometimes what is owed on a vehicle's loan can be more than what the vehicle's value is in the current market.)
Is Your offer Negotiable?
Of Course! We do our best to accurately assess the value of your vehicle and give you our best offer as our first offer; however, we are always open to discussing your needs and our needs when it comes to the vehicle at hand.
How long does the appointment last?
Most appointments take 30-60 minutes. We may contact you prior to your appointment to obtain some of the needed information to limit your time with us!
What do I need to Bring to my appointment?
If you own the vehicle, meaning all loans for the vehicle have been satisfied, and you hold the title, you will need to bring the following:
- The vehicle's valid, current registration.
- The vehicle's title (Every person listed as a current owner must be present).
- A valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle's title.
- All manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle.
- If the vehicle has a current loan or is part of a current lease, you will need to bring the following:
- The vehicle's valid, current registration.
- A valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle's title.
- We will need the social security number or account number associated with your loan to obtain a 15-day payoff from your lender.
- All manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle.
- Every person listed on the loan/ lease must be present.
How do I get paid for my vehicle?
If you bring ALL necessary documents needed to complete the transaction, you can leave your appointment with a check in your hand that can be cashed same day! For the safety of our employees and clients, we do not keep cash on site.
